Facilities

The Queens Walk Community Centre is a large three story building situated right in the heart of the Meadows and less than ten minutes from the city of Nottingham. The Centre provides  spacious and flexible accommodation for a wide range of organisations and groups. It is an ideal venue for your conference event, training sessions, community activity or family celebrations. Our friendly and supportive staff will ensure that your specific needs, including catering are provided for.  

CONCERT HALL

Room capacity: 200

Large hall with a stage for public & private functions. Hosting Birthday Parties,

Wedding Receptions, Conferences or Funerals.We cater for all your needs.

MARY SEACOLE

Room Capacity: 80

Situated on the 2nd floor. It has a build in kitchen which serve a luncheon club on Thursdays. This room is used for meeting,games and dance.


COFFEE BAR

Room 2 capacity: 30

Is a small room situated on the ground floor.

Used as a cafeteria and drop in coffee bar during the day, serving hot and cold food and as a meeting room in the evening.

GYM

Room capacity: 100

A large room,situated on the 2nd floor. This room is used for a wide range of sporting and leisure activity including working with young people

ROOM 3

Is a small room situated on the ground floor.

Room 3 capacity: 30

This room is available for hire in the evening only as it currently used by our local college for educational classes during the day.

ROOM 4

Room capacity: 100

A large room,situated on the ground floor. This room is available for hire in the evening only as it currently used by our local college for educational classes during the day.

We have a wide range of rooms, detailed left, which you can rent by the hour or by the day or half-day. To book any of these rooms, please complete and send back our booking form.


Facilities: Large Car Parking area, lift to all floors, disabled access including toilet, display boards, screen, flip chart boards, overhead projector, photocopier, tea urns, induction loop system, shower units and child changing dispenser kit

EXECUTIVE ROOM

This room is situated on the second floor and is a light spacious executive office.

Room size: 26 ft by 15.6 ft

OFFICE SPACE

This is a large and quiet room situated on the second floor with an internal office space. The room measures 26 ft by 25 ft. The internal office measures 12.6 ft by 8.10 ft.

CRÈCHE

Our crèche facility is situated on the ground floor and holds 10 children. The facility has been approved by Ofsted. This facility can also be used as a class room.
